CNC-Mill 3D Pro

Our CNC-Mill 3D pro is a well established, computer operated CNC-machine, independently controllable over 3 axes. It allows the user to cut any kind of three-dimensional figures out of Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Plastic, Wood, Carbon fibre, etc.

Mechanics
During development great attention was paid to the stability and quality.
- solid steal or stainless steel shafts,
- hard-wearing teflon coated slide bearings made by Igus®,
- powder coated metal parts, made from QS steel,
- ACME threads on all axes,
- ACME nuts made out of brass,
- all screws, nuts and washers are stainless steal.

The machine is manufactured in Germany and therefore carries the seal "made in Germany".

The open construction of the CNC milling machine 3D pro allows the user to cut out shapes of any length. The only limitation applies to the width of the material to be cut due to the dimensions of the machine.

In addition to the above it is also possibly to extend the length and width of the CNC milling machine 3D pro by attaching larger steel shafts from our steel shaft sets.

CNC milling machine 3D pro is currently the only commercially available computer operated milling machine on the market, able to be converted into our CNC hot-wire cutter CNC-Styrocut 3D pro. This modification only takes a few minutes and is very easy.
