 Software DeskCNC
DeskCNC can be used for cnc-foam cutting and for cnc-milling.
You only need DeskCNC and a CAD program. No other software is needed.
DeskCNC was manufactured to run up to 4 axes which can be controlled at the same
time. The fourth axis can be either a round axis or a second X axis.
With the optional available PWM Controller the heating temerature can be set
automaticly or manually over the full range of voltage and be turned On or Off.
Foam cutting
DeskCNC has a CAM mode, G-Code Editor and a machine mode.
In the CAM mode you can open, scale, rotate and move any DXF, HPGL or PLT file.
You can change the cutting direction and the start and exit point. After you
generated the cutting path save it as a ISO-G-CODE file. The cutting gap can be
set and will be calculated by DeskCNC automaticly.
The cutting file can be cut directly in the machine mode or it can be edited in
the G-Code Editor.
